The provider operates Arc Chalet Transylvania — Sky View and Family Lodge, located in Borzont, Str. Putna, Harghita County, Romania.
2. Booking Process
A booking request sent through the website form or via WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmation. The booking becomes final only upon explicit confirmation by the owner.
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
3. Prices and Payment
- Sky View / Family Lodge: 2,000 lei/night (Mon–Thu) · 2,500 lei/night (Fri–Sun)
- Both villas (entire property): 4,000 lei/night (Mon–Thu) · 5,000 lei/night (Fri–Sun)
- Payment is made in full, no later than the day of arrival, by bank transfer or cash, in RON or EUR
- The website does not process online payments
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit of 2,500 RON is held upon arrival, refunded at departure if no damage has occurred. If damage is discovered after guests depart, without prior notice, Arc Chalet Transylvania reserves the right to recover the cost of the damage by charging the card provided as a deposit or by withholding the cash deposit.
5. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM (earlier check-in is possible only if cleaning has been completed) · Check-out: 11:00 AM.
6. Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the check-in date.
⚠️ To be confirmed with the client: the internal policy specifies the 14-day notice period, but does not detail what happens to the amount paid in the event of a cancellation (full refund, partial, or not applicable — since payment is made in full only on arrival, with no advance held beforehand). We recommend clarifying this directly with each guest, by phone or WhatsApp, at the time of the request.
7. Cancellation by the Provider
Arc Chalet Transylvania reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking if it is no longer able to provide accommodation services for reasons beyond its control: inability to supply electricity, lack of external water supply, or damage to/destruction of the property's assets.
